Vitani Hatari

A Viera woman from the furthest reaches of the continent making her home in one of the most remote forests on the Star. A woman with interesting gifts, she wields magics but is also pretty handy with a bow. Some of her more interesting abilities include sapping the aether of living beings in order to heal others. Taking one beings life force to force life into another. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a life for a life.

Some years back her village came under siege by the Garlean Empire. Imperialist soldiers killed off many and took what survivors were left back to Ilsabard. Vitani was one of these survivors, kidnapped from her home and torn from her family. She and the other survivors were forced to work in brothels, advertised as exotic women from a far off land. With every day that passed Vitani's heart grew colder. Unable to tolerate anymore she took the first opportunity to escape this life. In her escape she was responsible for the death of an Imperial officer and two subordinates, she is currently on the run and wanted for murder.

Vitani's only chance at a normal life is to get to Eorzea, where refugees have a chance at a better future. On her journey she comes across a Duskwight man, Thero, and they become traveling companions.
